I'm so excited to be able to share this book with you…

…not just because it's been over two years in the making and I'm super happy with how it's turned out, but because I genuinely hope it's going to change and transform lives around the world. I've gone back to the beginning of my journey, shared the roller coaster ride of lessons and unpacked the tools I've picked up along the way that have got me to where I am now.
