I’m an Ex-rugby player turned Yogi Flow junkie, I’ve spent the last 10 years working alongside sports professionals and some of the most inspiring and respected pioneers of human performance. Getting Actors movie ready and Athletes game ready, experimenting with Meditation, Breath-work, Callisthenics, Capoeira, and my beloved Yoga.
I’ve been on my own journey of transformation, over coming career ending injuries, battles with mental health and having to rebuild my whole life after almost losing it all. This group will be where I share and uncover it all and share the tools that have got me to where I am today.
